About the Role

Every band at Incubator gets a facilitator when they form. The facilitator is that band's person — someone who's with them through their whole journey, helping them stay organized and shaping how they grow.

What You'll Do

- Manage the band's schedule and prizes won at shows — things like band photos and merch orders.

- Manage the band's online presence and visual identity

About the Role

Incubator regularly hosts house shows, parties and jams. Event Staff are the crew that make them happen. You'll work alongside other event staff to set up, run, and break down events at Incubator House. Events usually run in the evening 7-11 PM. 

What You'll Do

  • Set up the space ahead of events
  • Set up and sell merch
  • Sell tickets at the door
  • Decorate and help shape the vibe
  • Clean up afterward

Who We're Looking For

No experience necessary — just reliability and a willingness to pitch in. You'll make your own schedule and commit to at least one event a month.

Commitment: 1 season (6 months)
Compensation: Commission-only — 10% of awarded grant amount

About the Role

Incubator is looking for a Grant Writer to identify and pursue grant opportunities on its behalf. 

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify grants Incubator is eligible for
  • Prepare and submit applications, using materials and information supplied by Incubator
  • Apply to at least 2 grants per month
  • Track application status and follow up as needed

What We're Looking For

Someone who can work independently and stay self-directed. Grant writing experience is preferred but not required.

What We're Looking For

Incubator is seeking local food vendors to cook and serve at our house shows.

Incubator will pay a predetermined fee for you to prepare food for our performers and staff (approximately 13 people). You will also have the opportunity to sell food directly to attendees at your own advertised prices.

What we provide: Access to a large, fully stocked kitchen.

What you provide: Your own ingredients.

Requirements: Vendors must clean up their workspace at the end of the event. Preference will be given to vendors who can cook outdoors using a grill.
