COMMITTEES

Incubator is overseen by rotating committees, each containing 6 randomly chosen community members

Right now we have 2 committees: Incubator Committee and the Music Committee

Members are chosen at random from Incubator’s mailing list. To become eligible, sign up for our mailing list.

Committees meet monthly at Incubator House.

Incubator Committee oversees governance, expenses, new events, and Accelerator appointments.

The Music Committee decides who plays shows and Accelerator appointments.

6 months. Every month, a new member joins a committee and the most senior member rotates out.

Committee members must wait three years after the start of their term to be eligible to serve on a committee again.

Community-based music incubator where D.C. musicians write, record and perform original music in a collaborative setting.
