Qualify by playing an Incubator show. Then get nominated by an Accelerator member. (Each member of Accelerator can nominate up to 6 people to join).
Then a joint committee meeting selects which nominees to join Accelerator.
Accelerator members are typically at Incubator House once a week.
Accelerator musicians become part-owners of Incubator upon joining. Ownership of Incubator is split evenly between Accelerator members and other Incubator staff.
Every owner receives their share of Incubator's profits at the conclusion of each 6 month season.
