Qualify by playing an Incubator show. Then get invited by an Accelerator member. (Each member can invite up to 2 people every 6 months).
Every 6 months, a joint committee meeting selects which invitees join Accelerator.
Accelerator members are typically at Incubator House once a week.
Accelerator musicians become equal owners of Incubator upon joining. Ownership of Incubator is split evenly between Accelerator members and other Incubator staff.
Accelerator members receive share of Incubator's profits at the conclusion of each 6 month season.
Band management, coaching, and access to exclusive jams and social events.
Community-based music incubator where D.C. musicians write, record and perform original music.
