Members have an institutionalized voice at Incubator
through the music committee and Incubator Assembly
The music committee is 6 randomly chosen members of Incubator who determine resource allocation through ballot box voting.
Each member can serve a 6 month term.
Every month, a new member cycles in and the most senior member cycles out.
A monthly town hall where all members can voice their opinion and get their questions answered.
Music incubator where D.C. musicians write, record and perform original music.
